About Us

Welcome to My Pal and Yours Collective

At My Pal and Yours Collective, We believe every child deserves to be seen, heard, and valued. Founded by Stephanie Stokes – a passionate SEND advocate, inclusion consultant, mother of four – Our mission is to support families, schools, and communities on their SEND journey with compassion, clarity and confidence.

Our Story

My Journey to founding My Pal and Yours Collective has been deeply personal. I’m Stephanie Stokes, an ex nurse turned teacher who had to give up both careers to become a full time carer for my son Freddie, who is autistic and has ADHD. Navigating the SEND system while caring for Freddie has been a challenging journey, made even harder when I faced Breast Cancer and my own ADHD realisation. It was a nightmare at times, but it showed me how vital it is to have strong support.

I know first hand how overwhelming and isolating it can feel, and that’s why this work is my mission. I am determined to make sure no one goes through this alone.

What we do

We provide practical, tailored support for parents and carers of SEND children, alongside training and coaching for schools and professionals. Our services include:

  • Send Advocacy and support within Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs)
  • Coaching and guidance for families navigating SEND services
  • School awareness talks and inclusion workshops
  • Training for school staff on SEND inclusion best practices
  • Resource sharing and signposting to relevant services and professionals

As I qualify as a solicitor, we aim to expand out services to include legal support specifically tailored for SEND families.

Our Commitment

At My Pal and Yours Collective, we are committed to creating a kinder, safer world. Where bullying is not tolerated, voices are heard, and every individual feels seen, supported and empowered.

Born from lived experience and loss, our mission is to challenge the culture of silence that enables bullying in schools, workplaces, online spaces, and especially in the systems that claim to care.

We Stand for:

Compassion over cruetly

Accountability over avoidance

Education over ignorance

Healing over harm

Neurodivergent and mental health awareness, inclusion and support

and above all, courageous conversations that drive real change.

we honour the legacy of those we’ve lost including our founder’s uncle, whose passion for anti-bullying activism lit the spark. We carry that fire forward, not just in his memory, but in the name of every person who has ever been made to feel less than enough

Its about time we stood up.

Its about time we spoke out.

Its about time we changed the story.

My Pal and Yours Collective…Because no one should ever stand alone x
